Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
I always remember hearing about the books, growing up ‘n stuff…..but I never really had the interest to read them (because I never have the ambition to read books ever) and I remember I think back in January, Brian and I were at the movies and there was the trailer for The Hunger Games and I just sat there like, in a trans…and I turned to Brian and was like “That gave me the shivers. We’re seeing that once it comes out.” and I was all excited and then it was like “COMING SOON TO THEATRES…MARCH(insert date here)” and I was like NOOOOOO THAT’S SO FAR! And now that it’s out I was SOO EXCITED to go see it. So we did and OH MY GOD I loved it so much I can’t even explain. And I wanna see it again and I wanna read all the books and I’m kind of in love with Jennifer Lawrence….(she’s kind of maybe my lesbian soul mate) and I’ve been watching Hunger Games interviews on Youtube like it’s a religion….and just today when Brian and I were at Shoppers, there was a Seventeen Magazine with Jennifer on the cover, being the main subject in the magazine and I stopped and wanted to buy it…..
so I did. And Now I’m all I’M GONNA FOLLOW EVERYBODY ON TUMBLR THAT HAS TO DO WITH THE HUNGER GAMES AND REBLOG ALL THE HUNGER GAMES THINGS! WEEEE!
I’M ADDICTED, I TELL YOU! It was the same with The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo…I always heard about the books but was never interested in reading them and then it came out in theatres and Brian and I saw it and I loved it and wanted to see it again (didn’t, because that movie is like 8 hours long) and then I started reading the books BUT THEYRE SO BORING AND NOW I’M ON MY NEW ADDICTION. SO DROPPING THE DRAGON TATTOO AND MOVING ONTO THE HUNGER GAMES!
Yeah. Also, I don’t work tomorrow. So I think I’m just gonna snuggle into bed and read my magazine and learn more about my soul mate.
This has been a post.
I’m going to make a long story short…
When Brian and I started dating, he owned this grey Ford Ranger sport and it was our transportation everywhere and I friggen loved that truck because it was falling apart and had been through SO much and was just a piece of shit, and was loud and just, had so many traits to it…and I have so many memories with Brian in that truck (no, I’m not talking about sex before you all come to assumptions). We just spent a lot of time in that truck, whether it was stalling saying goodbye, or kissing, or cuddling, or flirting in the parking lot outside the movie theater…
Before Christmas, a tree fell on his truck and a huge tree at that and it broke the frame, and the back pick-up part, and his back lights, and just made his whole truck back heavy. And a bunch of complicated stuff happened with insurance and all that shit…
I just got a picture text sent and it’s of his truck being pushed onto a giant car transporter. AND IM JUST SO SAD.
I KNOW IT’S JUST A FUCKIN’ TRUCK FOR CHRISTS SAKE BUT I LOVED THAT THING. I named it Dopey like from the seven dwarfs because his truck was little compared to other trucks, and he was really….dopey. He was loud and broken :p so I named him Dopey and now Dopey’s gone.
